Liberia

Rock buildings with a crosswalk surrounded by lush trees and plant life

Evelyn Boltmann, Visionary Founder of Chance International Outreach Liberia (CIOL), knows firsthand the struggles faced by women and children in Liberia. Raised with six siblings by a single mother in a small village, she vividly remembers days without food and receiving her first pair of shoes at age seven.

From this deep understanding, CIOL envisions a new school campus to nurture children’s spiritual, physical, emotional, and intellectual growth. Located in an area with limited educational opportunities, the school will primarily serve orphans while also welcoming children of widowed mothers.

The campus will feature classroom wings, a dining hall, dormitories for boys and girls, staff housing, and a future clinic. At its heart, a chapel will stand as a testament to CIOL’s mission—creating a nurturing environment where every child can reach their full potential in serving the Lord.
