NEED ANALYSIS

Develop a Program of Need (PON) to define the specific spaces required
Assign areas to the PON to develop the Project Scope

BUDGET ANALYSIS

Develop a Probable Cost Estimate for the project based on local conditions
Include contingencies and professional service fees for a complete budget

DESIGN

Using the programming data, we give the vision shape and design. Using 3D computer programs, we develop drawings and images to effectively communicate your vision to potential supporters.

Once funding is secured, Msaada prepares the necessary construction documents. Through attentive listening, we ensure every detail aligns with your ministry’s needs.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN

Produce preliminary design drawings, including a site Master Plan and individual building plans

Construction Documents are submitted to qualified contractors for pricing. After selecting a contractor, Msaada offers flexible support during construction, from periodic site visits to full-time representation. Our construction expertise ensures that the plans and specifications are being followed and payment requests are fair and accurate.

We continue monitoring the building's performance and assist in addressing any issues during the warranty period. As your ministry evolves, Msaada is ready to assist with modifications and expansions, ensuring that your facilities continue to meet your needs.
